This 2-day experiential workshop is designed to help participants uncover their life purpose and clarify the values that shape their decisions, relationships, and career choices. Module 3: Clarifying Core Values:
Helps participants define their most important values and examine how these influence their decisions at work and in life.
Module 4: Strengths & Energy Mapping:
Guides participants to discover their strengths, understand what energizes them, and align these with their purpose for a more meaningful life and career.
Day 2 – Designing the Path Forward
Module 5: Future Imagination – Your 10-Year Vision:
Leads participants through a guided process to visualize their ideal life and career, creating a vivid picture of what they are working toward.
Module 6: Translating Vision into 1–3 Year Goals:
Breaks the long-term vision into practical steps and milestones that can be started in the next 1–3 years.
Module 7: Mindset Shifts & Habit Formation:
Focuses on building the mindset and habits necessary to maintain alignment with values and purpose over time.
Module 8: Clarifying Your Life Purpose & Values:
Consolidates the learning from the two days into a clear understanding of life purpose and values, their importance, and how to keep refining them.

Supports participants in creating a realistic action plan for the next 90 days and setting up accountability systems.
