Mr Narath CHHEAV was invited to join as a panellist at the UYFC Youth Webinar Career During COVID-19 on 9 September 2021.
During the first conference on youth entrepreneurship encouragement under the theme "Youth employment opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic", Mr HUN Many highlighted that volunteering and humanitarian work will enhance economic development, which is reflected in youth training to acquire a wide range of skills.
In the past, the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia has developed a number of initiatives to provide young people with opportunities to develop themselves, build their capacity to be ready to enter the labor market, and work closely with all stakeholders, especially the private sector, which is a key player in creating job opportunities for young people. There is an ongoing seminar with the participation of guest speakers from the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, private sectors, and the Chamber of Commerce and Microfinance.
