SDF: “Public-Private-People Partnership for a Skillful Cambodia”

On 4th July 2025, Mr. CHHEAV Narath, Managing Director of CoGen HR, Management Academy and Consulting Group, joined the event conducted by SDF (Skill Development Fund) at the Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh. The event was attended by approximately 200 institutions, including representatives of ministries and government agencies, international development partners, business associations, enterprise leaders, sectoral skills councils, special economic zones, research institutions, training providers, and youth representatives. The workshop's primary goals were to: 1) exchange positive human capital development experiences from regional strategic partners (Malaysia and Singapore); 2) increase awareness of the value of reskilling and upskilling to boost competitiveness and capacity; and 3) exchange partnership agreements and memorandum of understanding (MOU) with regional and local strategic partners.
