On 9 September 2026, Mr. CHHEAV Narath, Managing Director of CoGen HR, Management Academy, and Consulting Group, and EuroCham Chairman of the HR Committee, attended the meeting and contributed to the exchange of ideas and supporting efforts to align training with employer needs.
The National Employment Agency (NEA) and leading recruiting firms, such as CoGen, Krawma, HRINC, Aplus, Top Recruitment, and GOS-Airport, met with the Skills Development Fund (SDF) to review hiring trends, difficult-to-fill positions, and skill shortages. SDF will be able to create training programs that better meet the needs of companies thanks to this information. SDF also shared its co‑financing support and the “My Skills, My Jobs” program, which helps returnees get training and find local jobs.
All partners agreed to share job market information regularly. SDF will study this data to build training programs that prepare a skilled Cambodian workforce ready to support the country’s economic growth.
