Announcing A Productive Start for 2026: EuroCham HR Committee

5 March 2026, The EuroCham Human Resources Committee officially launched its 2026 activities, under the leadership of Mr. CHHEAV Narath, Managing Director of CoGen HR, Management Academy and Consulting Group, and EuroCham Chairman of the HR Committee,. The meeting marked a strong beginning to the year, with members reflecting on past achievements and aligning priorities for the months ahead. 

• Highlights from 2025 – 9 committee meetings, strengthened collaboration with government institutions, and flagship initiatives such as the HR Forum, Study Fair, and revitalized HR Monthly Talks that encouraged practical exchanges.

• HR Forum 2026 – This year’s forum will spotlight the role of human resources in the AI era, focusing on skill-building for students, apprenticeships, and deeper collaboration with universities– private sector to bridge the education and employment gap.

• White Book Recommendations – The HR chapter and future advocacy are shaped by active member discussions that promote work-based learning. 

EuroCham extends appreciation to all committee members and leaders for their dedication in shaping a clear and impactful HR agenda for 2026.
