8th National TVET Day

On Monday, June 16th, 2025, Mr. CHHEAV Narath, Managing Director of CoGen HR, Management Academy and Consulting Group, and EuroCham Chairman of the HR Committee, participated in Cambodia's 8th National TVET Day under the ASEAN Year of Skills 2025. During the event, he shared EuroCham's findings, which show that soft skills, including leadership and project management, are in high demand from Cambodian employers.
