For OPMS, MACA & THIESS: Professional Etiquette and Company Culture, by cogen academy

On 30th June 2024, we hosted the Professional Etiquette and Company Culture training at Baitong Hotel, with participants from OPMS, MACA, and THIESS.

Led by trainer Mr. Narath Chheav, the session focused on the importance of professional conduct and understanding workplace culture as key elements for building trust and long-term success. Participants explored practical approaches to workplace etiquette, effective communication, and aligning with company values, while also engaging in activities that highlighted respect, teamwork, and professionalism.

This training provided participants with valuable insights to strengthen workplace relationships, foster a positive culture, and uphold professional standards that contribute to both individual and organizational growth.
