For OPMS, MACA & THIESS: Mastering your Time & Priorities, by cogen academy

On 14th September 2024, we conducted the Mastering Your Time & Priorities training at Baitong Hotel, with enthusiastic participation from OPMS, MACA, and THIESS teams.

Facilitated by trainer Mr. Narath Chheav, the session provided practical techniques to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and increase productivity both individually and as a team. Participants engaged in interactive activities and discussions that encouraged self-reflection and offered tools to balance competing demands while staying focused on what truly matters.

The training was a valuable opportunity for professionals to sharpen their time management skills, enhance efficiency, and create sustainable strategies for achieving greater results in their daily work.
