For MLVT: TEAM Building, By cogen Academy

On 21st February 2024, we organized an engaging Team Building program at the beautiful Darasakor Beach, with the participation of the MLVT team.

Facilitated by trainer Mr. Narath Chheav, the session combined fun outdoor activities with practical lessons on teamwork, communication, and trust-building. Participants collaborated through interactive challenges designed to strengthen unity, problem-solving, and mutual support within the team.

The day offered not only valuable insights into effective collaboration but also an enjoyable experience that fostered stronger bonds among colleagues. It was a meaningful opportunity for the MLVT team to recharge, reconnect, and reinforce the spirit of working together toward shared goals.
