For Ministry of Justice: Team building, by cogen academy

On 11 December 2022, the Ministry of Justice team joined a Team Building training program in Mondulkiri, facilitated by Mr. Narath Chheav. The retreat-style setting provided the perfect environment for learning, collaboration, and strengthening bonds beyond the workplace.

The program was designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through a series of engaging activities and group exercises. Participants were encouraged to work together, build trust, and explore new ways of supporting one another in achieving shared goals.
