On 11 August 2026, we conduct the We Team Spirit Collaboration, Asking & Negotiating for success training with participants from Lagadere Travel Retail.
The session, led by professional trainer Mr. Mark Cosgrove and Narath Chheav, focus on cultivate collaboration, enhance communication, and empower participants with the confidence to ask effectively and negotiate strategically.
This program goes beyond theory, offering practical tools and and engaging activities that support participants in building trust, improving working relationships, and align team goals with organizational objectives. Participants will develop mutual understanding, learn how to communicate clearly, and reach win-win solutions that promote long-term success by participating in real-world scenarios.
