For EXO Travel: Productive Collaboration, by cogen academy

On 30th July 2025, we successfully conducted the Productive Collaboration training at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra with the participation of the dedicated team from EXO Travel.

Led by trainer Mr. Narath Chheav, the session highlighted key strategies for building stronger teamwork, fostering trust, and enhancing productivity through effective collaboration. Participants engaged in practical activities and discussions that encouraged knowledge-sharing, problem-solving, and alignment toward common goals.

The training provided valuable tools and insights to help the EXO Travel team strengthen communication, streamline teamwork, and achieve greater results together. It was an inspiring and interactive session, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in driving both individual and organizational success.
